Orders and Shipping

All orders of in-stock products are shipped out the next business day. We use a number of shipping providers and standard delivery time across Australia is 5-7 Business days.

If you have made a mistake when entering your Shipping Address please contact us immediately via email sales@jpn.parts or using Facebook Chat

We provide email updates of your orders status. Once your order has shipped you should receive an email providing you with your tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking number from us within a few days of your order please don’t hesitate to Contact us.

No, we do not store any customers credit card or billing details except for their name and address. We use Stripe as our main payment processor, all payments and storing of Credit Card details is handled by Stripe and only done if explicitly enabled by the customer.

We currently do no charge sales tax as we are not registered for GST.

JPN Parts currently only ships to Australian Addresses (Residential/Business or PO Box accepted).
We are currently investigating suitable international shipping agents to expand our business Worldwide!


We do however offer Worldwide Shipping on all products purchased through our Yahoo! Japan Auction Buying Service and Partner Business JPN 2 You.

 

This as expected depends entirely on what is ordered. We are limited by Shipping Providers to what the maximum weight a single package can be. To prevent having to use an expensive courier service we may at times ship your order in separate packages. However for normal store orders the likelihood of this occurring is minimal.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer no questions asked returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and/or be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Please contact us at warranty@jpn.parts with further information of the Damage to your order, please include as much information as possible to enable us to resolve this for you promptly.

All returns must be authorised prior to being sent and  shall be sent to:

Don’t forget to include your Personal information and the Order ID of which we have Approved the return.

If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped you can cancel your order for a full refund. Simply visit the Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

Yes, this is available for most products.

All products that can be pre-ordered will allow you to add it to your cart and complete your purchase, a shipping date estimate will be provided to you via email shortly after your order has been processed.

Alternatively, you can choose to receive an email notification when a product is back in stock – Simply fill out the Form on the individual product page.
